Been playing on this for months now and it's held up wonderfully. The felt is smooth, rails are responsive, and the whole thing feels sturdy. Came with everything needed to start playing right away including cues, balls, and rack.

Fantastic playing surface and the pockets feel professional. Only giving 4 stars because assembly was more challenging than expected - definitely need multiple people to help. Once set up though, it's been perfect for our game room.
